cant change gender, says im married but im not

i went to go change my gender from male to female, i was married and it said i couldnt, so i went and divorced then tried again, still wont let me its been 30 minutes and still nothing ive relogged countless times

I don't know it this is your case but when i tried to change it wouldn't let me bc of the Perfect Match thing being enabled.
Try going to the perfect match tab and untick every option w/e there is to disable it, worked for me.
