Full year attendance

I've been able to check in all year, and tomorrow is 12/31.  What do I need to do to get the full year attendance reward?  Does it appear like the monthly attendance reward, or a chest?  Thank you for the info.

I don't know who.  Is it today on the 31st or tomorrow on the 1st?  Since I lost all of my gold I'm not that enthused anymore I guess.
