I had some basic idea of ini editing but this is much better.
Say, one question though..
Not on this server, but on another server I saw a Psy with the complete look of an Earthguard once
Can that be done by a combination of several things from this guide or how does that work? D:
Would be cool if you had an answer to that question, it's fine if not, I'm just really curious o:

It's a combination of things.
You can take the EG eye texture, and then the face texture.
Change the body ID of the TB to the one that doesn't have tattoos. Then you'd need to edit the colors of the face and body separately to get them to match better.
You may be able to get a 3rd eye if you use the "genderless hair" method, but simply edit in the 3rd eye you want. I haven't personally tried that though.

p.s. The pictures for EG eyes and the EG skin, I used a Psychic c:

well i tried TB face textures on wiz, but it makes just squares, no actual texture, i think TB Textures works only on EG

I am not sure if anyone has asked, but would it be possible to change to texture of the eyes? For example like making them the same color, like they are in the Forum Picture. Just curious is all .. would look awesome none the less

Like your avatar? Actually, yes.
The edit, however, varies depending on I think graphics cards. It may look different for other people. For me, it looks like your avatar (black), but I've had people say it makes the eyes pure white.
But I can add it if you want.
