Deleted toons?

So if we can't remember each chars name we are gonna lose them forever??  Why not just reroll the server back and fix the update....seems easier to fix this mess!

there are to many accts gone and we cant remember all the toon names, 10 years worth of work gone. cant you roll the server back,  and what of all the people that havent been on in a while all their stuff will be gone as well
