have a clean game, nothing edited
download the ui files (surfaces+interfaces)
patch to most recent on your epw (I'd make a copy of the entire client)
open element, and put the surfaces/interfaces (make copy of the ui + original files in case you fuk up)
open the .bat of "Epicpw-direct start" or "epicpw-unfrozenBG"
if you have issues, then you didn't follow directions
