Level 110 book

I only started last night amd reached level 18,Can someone explain what happens if i use the book. I become lvl 110 but do i get the skills too and anything else?? "thanks in advance."

You supposed to use that lvl book to be insta 110 and from then u will level to 150 by doin PV, Quests and etc. Skill will be available to learn as long u have enough money required to learn skills.
