I can run over 70+ clients, dozens while doing mass pk, but the main points for specs for you are as follows:
1) cpu (2.5ghz or higher 2+ cores, decent cache size) <- game is mostly cpu intensive than anything else, a decent motherboard goes without saying too
2) ram (you are fine on this, one single Eclipse client for me runs 1.7gb, I'd recommend 8 minimum but 4 shouldn't hurt you either)
3) hard drive (ssd for quick loading)
4) gpu (don't need high end, game doesn't touch it, just so anything else you're running doesnt further task your cpu/ram, i.e. no igp)
