Arcane Sky is a boundary level you achieve with completing the Summer Reawakened quest chain. You can buy arcane sky pills from God's Giving and upon consuming them, you will become Arcane Sky X. Once you reach that, go inside Primal World and look for the Mirage Sky quest from Alexander.
Vitae shows your progress towards the next boundary level.

Ancient Tome is for reawakening on PWI, it basically stores your xp for the past 1 or 2 levels you were at when you reawakened.
Reawakening is disabled on EPW, this is why the button is disabled as well.
