:O hmmmmmmmmmmm okie I'll give my 5 cents on this one

1. +1 lolly for saying "there's no such thing as a perfect faction"
see what some people would see as a good thing for a faction might be a negative in another persons eyes, like how the faction is ran. for example take imp and worms, two of the top 3 factions atm yet both are ran very differently. In imp i listen to everyone's say and account for everyone's opinion but at the end of the day i have the final say in where the faction is heading (It's pretty much a dictatorship
). where as worms it's more of an officers have more say and can apparently vote out the leader and what not (just from what I've seen, I'm not 100% sure). now some people like that about worms but I feel like it leaves too much turmoil in the leadership spot.
2. Drama..... while most of us would agree that drama within the faction is bad I would be bold enough to say that drama with other faction's isn't bad. think about it... how much more exciting is the game when you pk against people that just drive you crazy or that you just generally dislike.
3. many many many more examples
but in my opinion factions shouldn't be worried if they're perfect or even good in others eyes, as long as you and your members are having fun and enjoying the game that's all you need
