GFX file for reduced visual size of churning vortex

Umm can you make the rotating blue skill also smaller? And maybe that spammable water looking skill ;w; ?

Seems to work, let's just hope it helps with mass pk now. One question though, since this only changes the vortex, what causes such a drop in KB? Didn't expect one skill to make such a big change (unless i'm being stupid, which is likely the case).

Amm, actually, the original for me was 266,713. I downloaded the client threw the torret link.
And the modified gfx is 261,400.
