Buy a Bride pack and Groom pack at God's Giving.
Open them, keep the Silk and Stamp. 
Fashion isn't needed.
Squad up with your upcoming spouse.
Head over to west Archosaur.
Find the Eldest Matchmaker (Go to the middle of West Archosaur, walk towards the gate. He is on the right side.)
Take Matrimony quest, party leader should take it twice and you're married.

this except on the last step just needs to note that both people need to take matrimony quest.. then when both have taken it once, squad leader takes quest again to confirm and marriage is done, you'll see the red message
