Can't get into EPW. HELP!

I have gotten an new computer today and have downloaded epw as I did on my old computer. The problem however is that when I click start the client flashes up and goes straight away. I have tried many things to resolve this already, please help D:

EDIT: I have also tried downloading PWI and that does exactly the same thing.

I have also tried pwi therefore it is unlikely to be the problem but, yes of course I have tried to reinstall and it has been unsuccessful.

Do you have every driver installed and directx?

Might be DirectX problem.

Ah, thanks ill try it another time. I kinda got it working but it may be a problem with the resolution... I have to keep it in window mode and if I try dragging to expand it also stops working... I'm a little troubled on how to fix that but it still works now just doesn't fit my screen completely D:

Update graphics card maybe? Hope you get it fixed better.
