Cannot Login

I have been trying to login into my epic pw account but It says Incorrect Username and Password.
I have never changed my epic pw account password or user name if possible. I have never played epic pw for a while and when returning i have not been able to login. I have emailed Agatio but have not heard back from him.

If you have emailed him it is no reason to post in the forum.. and remove your email...
and you make one account for the game and one account for the site..

Im not going to start new characters by making a new account i have worked hard on this account and i intend to get it back in any means neccessary.
