could not log into server

i am having this issue for the past 15 minutes! all of my accounts got disconnected when i try to log back in i pass through the character selecting but then i choose a character to start.. it says: could not log into server! any suggestions.

Can log in, but when chose char to play, its says cant log in.

first time i witness an actual epw map crash lmao damn.... unpleasant times.
