2 atk or 20-22 dex

i was wondering which is better on ws and puzzle is it 2 atk and phyiscal atk + 40 or 20-22 dex better ?

I'd say 2 Atk 40 Phys Atk.

2 atk is aproximately = 18 dex
It's best if you get 2 atk + 9/12 dex
In your case tho you've got 21 dex so i'd choose that.
