Are old 1.4 skills on sin still playable?

not entirely only twin strike/rib and maybe slipstream but can get frustrating while fighting other sins with all the skills mass pk is fine, new stun is a must in this def camp era much longer duration and 1spark. Best combination imo is twin strike elimination cursed jail so 2/3

id take Raving slash and hh over cursed jail if cursed wouldnt be glitched (uses all the time just 1spark) which is extremely beneficial aswell as possibility to cancel pre-cast
as for life hunter 100% better than 1.4 (spammable effect and dmg )

using 1.4 ones places u at big disadvantage

dont think it would matter in mass pk but 1v1s too much in disadvantage maybe if gears were locked it'd not be that bad

I mean i used to keep Twin Strike, Raving slash but get Elimination.
I would mostly do Raving slash +5-10 att lvl (Forgot) Eliminaton and TwinStrike, would get 8k-14k on them 2 skills alone so pretty effective .
Just too add more reliability too my claim
In 1v1 those 2 skills would win me 90% of them Twin Strike would hit as hard as 22k zerk Which cant be avoided i mean 1.2 cast time or something (forgot again). So Yes they are playable But sadly or happily not spamable.
