Alright so everyone knows how retarded aps barb damage is and how much def it can get from tiger form... So here is what I*m what I think might be good idea or not... 
Aps barb always have 3 spark like sins which is retarded an unfair for other classes that also need 3 spark for certain skills that help a lot in pk... Ofc this is because of Bestial Rage which has  a 30 second cd ... I am suggesting to increase its cd to 1min or even 90 seconds ... With this barb in general wont be able to have 3 spark 24/7 ... Also I know this was asked in the pass and lots hate the idea but how about giving knockdown a longer ( 6 seconds ) to 10-15 sec BUT~ increase the % rate of knockdown effect...

I would give to barb a normal stun instead a knockdown but increasing the % rate to 100%. 
On this way the class will be less luck based, and ppl will stop qqing about KD
