Always has been and will be PVP based. 1.The server was made to be PVP based because there is no reason to do PVE(after gearing), there is no challenging content that is PVE based to endgame gear towards.2. It was PVP based in the past because that's how the word of EPW got out, that's how it gained popularity and managed to keep it, big guilds posting videos online pking and doing TW's between eachother. It's also how the server kept it's stability and strong staff team, since people donated to skip any grind and get the strong gear so they can PK. Why not PVE you might ask? Look to point 1.3.It is now PVP based because that is the reason why most people even log in. (aside from e-dating)
Sorry you are wrong there.... PWI definition: Option to go blue name = PvE server..... Doesnt matter what the community thinks then

No lol. Reasoning of such would mean every MMORPG is a PVE based game which is absolutely stupid. Just because there is an option to not do PVP or to be in a safezone(which is every single one of them), doesn't make it a PVE based server rofl. Like even if the blue name would be removed and even safezones, BAQWULF would still call it a PVE server because he would spend his days in dungeons hiding. For instance, WoW is PvE game, with strong emphasis on raids and dungeons, than PvP, compared to EPW, where there's no PVE endgame content.To consider something being based of or based on something, you have to take in multiple factors, not just one, when you're trying to find which one is dominant, PvE or PvP.
