Call this a assumption, but could it not be possible that different people from different parts of the world then where your from who have perfectly stable un-used or occupied connections can be suffering from a symptom your not? It might be worth investing in a USA server. its a bit unbalanced to have half the player base with better connections then the other half

The server lag happens around 5pm server time and 10pm and its a bunch of freezes while nothing that u do reaches server and viceversa
