Editing and recording program/software

What editing and recording program/software are you guys doing to make these pk/1v1 videos...

I personally use Fraps to record, and Sony Vegas to edit.

If you have a nvidia card, id suggest to use shadowplay to record, and sony vegas to edit

Can someone tell me why Fraps bring my FPS to shit (It's the only recording program that does it)
