...What's a skillsender?

It's a program that you set up, which will cast skills for you at a much faster rate than the game allows a human to do. For every one skill you cast in game, this program could cast upwards of 10. Largely made and used by Russian's who played the game, it creates insane heirobugs and allows you do deal way more damage (or heal) than you should be able to. Advanced ones will also have a toggle function for damage + healing.

It sends the skill at a packet level, not an input level, hence it can send as many skills as it wants and the game counts it all as one input.

That's insta cast pretty sure from how EPs cast those skills with such animation and by insta i mean ct glitch like 1.3 i myself used such thing on BD to troll around "skill senders" such as: UoPilot

Lmfeo dude this packet sender sht been longer around than epw itself, remove some ct of magic classes and ea and it is fixed.
