Skills update in PWI

So here are the update of the skills on PWI with the new update:
Blademaster
- ● Drake Bash: Chance to not cost a Spark increased from 25% to 35%
- ● Draw Blood: Deals an additional 30% of weapon damage, and duration decreased from 15 to 9 seconds.
- ○ Draw Blood: Bleed damage duration increased from 12 to 6 seconds.
- ● Heaven's Flame: Removed Fire damage over time component on target. Now restores 75 Chi to user after 1 second.
- ● Meteor Rush: Chance to knock back players and interrupt them increased from 50% to 100%.
- ● Roar of the Pride: Chi cost reduced from 25 to 20.
- ●/○ Atmos Strike: Weapon damage increased from 100% to 180%.
- ●/○ Glacial Spike: When used on monsters, attack reduction is unchanged at 50%. When used on players, physical defense reduction is instead 90% and magic defense reduction is 60%.
- ●/○ Mage Bane: When used on players, targets will have their channeling time doubled rather than 1.5x. No changes against monsters. Weapon damage increased from base to an additional 50%.
- ●/○ Myriad Sword Stance: When used on monsters, attack reduction is unchanged at 50%. When used on players, physical attack reduction is instead 200% and magic attack reduction is 300%. Weapon damage component increased from 200% to 300%.
- ●/○ Piercing Winds: Bleed damage is now 300% weapon damage, and duration decreased from 15 to 6 seconds.
- ●/○ Spirit Chaser: Weapon damage increased from base damage to an additional 80%.
- Tiger Leap: Now has a 65% chance to avoid negative effects during leap. Cost reduced from 25 to 10 Chi.
- Leap Back: Now has a 35% chance to be immune to damage during leap. Cost reduced from 15 to 10 Chi.
- Smack: Cooldown reduced from 40 to 30 seconds. Additional damage increased from 1,000 to 5,125. Cannot miss.
- Flash: Trigger changed from "Your health is lower than your target" to "Your health percentage is lower than your target's". Attack now occurs instantly rather than a 3 second delay, with a 2x critical chance to deal 1.5x damage. Weapon damage increased from 150% to 300%. Cost reduced from 200 to 100 Chi. Cooldown reduced from 15 to 2 minutes.
- Reckless Rush: Base physical damage increased from 50% to 120%. Cooldown reduced from 2 minutes to 90 seconds. Damage to targets below 50% health decreased from 300% to 240%. Cannot critically hit, but has a 2x critical chance to deal 1.5x damage.
- Blade Hurl: Disarm duration increased from 3 to 6 seconds. Caster disarm time is still 3 seconds. Cooldown decreased from 90 to 60 seconds. Cost decreased from 100 to 35 Chi.
- Flame Tsunami: May now be used while below 75% health, increased from 40%. Chance to stun target increased from 75% to 90%.
- Blade Tornado: Soulforce-dependent damage increased from 5,000- 11,000 to 12,000- 20,000. Has a 2x critical chance to deal 1.5x damage.
Wizard
- ● Crown of Flame: Damage over time component increased to 200% weapon damage. Duration increased from 9 to 15 seconds. Fire damage increased from 15% to 30%.
- ○ Crown of Flame: Damage over time component increased to 200% weapon damage. Duration increased from 9 to 12 seconds.
- Elemental Invocation: Cooldown decreased from 10 to 5 minutes. Range increased from 24 to 30 meters. Channeling time decreased from 3 to 1 second. Earth damage component increased from 60% to 150%.
- Ice Prison: Cast time increased from 9 to 12 seconds. Chance to freeze target(s) increased from 67 to 80%.
- Mortal Reversion: Cost reduced from 50 to 20 Chi.
- Tactical Reversion: Cost reduced from 50 to 20 Chi.
Barbarian
- ○ Blood Bath: Health reduction component increased from 8% to 15%.
- ● Blood Bath: Health reduction component increased from 5% to 10%.
- ● Firestorm: Additional Fire damage increased from 1,500 to 2,500.
- ○ Garrotte: Bleed duration decreased from 12 to 6 seconds.
- ● Garrotte: Bleed duration decreased from 15 to 9 seconds, extra bleed damage increased from 15% to 30%.
- ○ Sunder: Additional weapon damage increased from 200% to 300%. Damage over time decreased from 30 to 12 seconds. Bleed duration decreased from 30 to 12 seconds.
- ● Sunder: Additional weapon damage increased from 200% to 300%. Damage over time decreased from 30 to 12 seconds. Health leech effect decreased from 30 to 12 seconds.
- ●/○ Devour: Increased threat by 20% of user's maximum Health.
- ●/○ Firestorm: Fire damage over time component decreased from 15 to 9 seconds, damage increased to 300% weapon damage.
- Ancestral Rage: Cooldown reduced from 5 to 1 minute.
- Berserker's Rage: No mechanical changes; added text to point out that this skill cannot miss.
- Berserker's Wrath: Increased threat by 20% of user's maximum Health.
- Blood Rush: Each stack of Physical Attack bonus increased from 8% to 20%. Maximum attack bonus increased from 160% to 200%
- Raging Slap: Cost reduced from 100 to 35 Chi. Damage over time duration increased from 6 to 8 seconds.
- Stomp of the King: No mechanical changes; added text to point out that this skill produces large amounts of threat.
- True Form: Stun duration decreased from 3 to 2 seconds.
- Untamed Wrath: Stun duration increased from 1 to 2 seconds.
Venomancer
- ○ Blazing Scarab: Damage over time duration decreased from 24 to 9 seconds, damage increased to 100% weapon damage.
- ● Blazing Scarab: Damage over time duration decreased from 30 to 12 seconds, damage increased to 100% weapon damage. Additional fire damage increased from 15% to 20%.
- ● Lucky Scarab: Stun duration increased from 3 to 4 seconds.
- ●/○ Frost Scarab: Target's speed reduction increased to 70%. Damage over time increased to 300% weapon damage.
- ●/○ Noxious Gas: Damage over time increased to 100% weapon damage.
- ●/○ Parasitic Nova: Additional damage increased from 6,606 to 8,606. Chance of applying Chaotic effect increased from 67% to 95%.
- Arcane Antinomy: Channeling time decreased from 3 to 1 second. Base damage now uses Magic rather than Physical attack. Additional damage increased to both 100% weapon damage and 150% max Mana. Cooldown decreased from 10 to 2 minutes.
- Feral Concentration: Cooldown reduced from 5 to 3 minutes.
- Fossilized Curse: Channeling time decreased from 2 to 1 second. Additional damage increased to both 100% weapon damage and 150% max Health. Target's physical defense bonus component removed, but now purges magic defense buffs from target(s) like Magic Shell. Cooldown reduced from 10 to 2 minutes.
- Lucky Scarab: Stun duration increased from 2 to 3 seconds.
- Natural Synergy: Pet's Attack power now stacks when using pet skills like Claw
- Revive Pet: Channeling time decreased from 3 to 1 second.
Archer
- ● Quickshot: Chance to gain Chi effect replaced with "Gain 10 Chi and critical hit chance increased by 20% for 10 seconds".
- ○ Serrated Arrow: Damage over time duration decreased from 15 to 9 seconds, damage increased to 100% weapon damage. Health leech effect increased from 40 to 100 damage per tick.
- ● Serrated Arrow: Damage over time duration decreased from 12 to 6 seconds, damage increased to 100% weapon damage.
- ○ Stormrage Eagleon: Slow effect increased from 50 to 80%. Duration unchanged. Total damage over time increased to 600% weapon damage.
- ● Stormrage Eagleon: Damage over time duration decreased from 30 to 15 seconds, damage increased to 600% weapon damage. Physical and Magic Attack reduction increased from 20% to 50%.
- ● Stunning Arrow: Stun duration increased from 1 to 1.5 seconds
- ○ Vicious Arrow: Damage over time duration decreased from 12 to 6 seconds, damage increased to 100% weapon damage.
- ● Vicious Arrow: Damage over time duration decreased from 15 to 9 seconds, damage increased to 100% weapon damage. Mana damage to targets increased from 100 to 300 per tick. Wood damage over time effect increased by 35%.
- Awaken: Cooldown duration reduced from 15 to 5 minutes
- Blessing of the Condor: Damage over time duration increased from 6 to 10 seconds.
- Blood Vow: Removed 30 meters range restriction. Cooldown decreased from 5 to 2 minutes. Damage over time duration decreased from 30 to 9 seconds. No longer reduces user's maximum health. Damage increased to 150% weapon damage and damage-over-time component increased to 4,444.
Cleric
- ○ Thunderball: Damage over time duration decreased from 12 to 9 seconds, damage increased to 400% weapon damage.
- ● Thunderball: Damage over time duration decreased from 15 to 12 seconds, damage increased to 400% weapon damage.
- Absorbing Array: Healing absorption now also applies to Guardian Charms. Also restores health equal to 8% of Soulforce. Cooldown reduced from 8 to 6 seconds.
- Aurora Array: Healing absorption now also applies to Guardian Charms. Also restores health equal to 15% of Soulforce. Cooldown reduced from 18 to 15 seconds.
- Elven Boon: Chance to seal target is increased from 15% to 35%. Additional Damage increased from 1,111 to 3,380. Chance to recover health effect replaced with "restores health equal to 10% of base magic attack". Range increased to 30 meters.
- Mark of Weakness: Cooldown decreased from 60 to 10 seconds. Now deals metal damage equal to 30% of Soulforce. Can no longer score a critical hit, but has 2x critical chance to deal 1.5x damage. Can no longer break sleep effects, and ignores the effect of Seal of the God.
- Pious Blessing: Now castable only on self. Duration increased from 8 to 12 seconds. Will remove all negative effects when used. Cooldown reduced from 5 minutes to 45 seconds.
- Ultraviolet Dance: Cost reduced from 15 to 0 Chi. Now restores user for 10% health after successfully casting.
- Wings of Protection: Cooldown decreased from 180 to 60 seconds.
Assassin
- Toxic Torrent: Damage over time increased to 300% weapon damage.
- ● Puncture Wound: Bleed damage increased to 200% weapon damage plus 35% physical damage.
- ○ Puncture Wound: Bleed damage increased to 200% weapon damage.
- ● Raving Slash: Defense reduction effect removed.
Psychic
- ● Torrent: Extra weapon damage increased from 100% to 350%.
- ● Sand Trap: Extra weapon damage increased from 200% to 500%.
- Telekinesis: Extra weapon damage increased from 130% to 150%. Has 2x crit rate chance to deal 1.5x damage.
Seeker
- ○ Blade Affinity: Cooldown decreased from 50 to 30 seconds. Cooldown reduction component changed to Damage-over-Time component increased by 2 seconds.
- ● Blade Affinity: Cooldown decreased from 60 to 30 seconds.
- ○ Heartseeker: May now trigger effects of Sacrificial Strike and God of Frenzy (double damage at 5% HP cost). Immobilizing chance increased from 75% to 100%. Range increase effect replaced with "immobilizes the target for an additional 2 seconds".
- ● Heartseeker: May now trigger effects of Sacrificial Strike and God of Frenzy (double damage at 5% HP cost). Immobilizing chance increased from 90% to 100%. Immobilize chance effect replaced with "deals an additional 1,600 damage".
- ○ Ion Spike: May now trigger effects of Sacrificial Strike and God of Frenzy (double damage at 5% HP cost). Weapon damage increased from 180% to 200%. Additional damage increased from 3,900 to 5,100. Chance to decrease target's metal defense increased from 35% to 50%. Damage over time duration increased from 14 to 25 seconds.
- ● Ion Spike: May now trigger effects of Sacrificial Strike and God of Frenzy (double damage at 5% HP cost). Weapon damage increased from 180% to 200%. Additional damage increased from 3,900 to 5,100. Chance to decrease target's metal defense increased from 40% to 50%. Damage over time duration increased from 10 to 15 seconds, and additional damage-over-time increased to 1,600.
- ○ Quid Pro Quo: Range increased from 25 to 28 meters. Cooldown decreased from 60 to 30 seconds.
- ● Quid Pro Quo: Range increased from 25 to 28 meters. Cooldown decreased from 45 to 30 seconds.
- ○ Rock Splitting Cleave: Range increased to 20 meters.
- ● Rock Splitting Cleave: Range increased to 20 meters. Extra range bonus now replaced with "Damage is increased by 500".
- ●/○ Battousai: Channeling time decreased from 1.5 to 1.3 seconds
- ●/○ Edged Blur: Now has 2x critical hit chance to deal 1.5x damage.
- ●/○ Staggering Strike: Range increased from 12 to 20 meters.
- Archangels of Justice: Cost reduced from 200 to 100 Chi.
- Arme Nier: Range increased from 25 to 28 meters.
- Blood-thirsty Blitz: Skill text now clarifies that this skill produces large amounts of threat.
- Meteor Shower: Chance to stun increased to 90%.
- Quid Pro Quo: Range increased from 25 to 28 meters.
- Rewinding Gesture: Cost reduced from 100 to 20 Chi. Cooldown reduced from 5 to 3 minutes.
- Rock Splitting Cleave: Range increased to 17 meters.
- Sacrificial Slash: Cooldown decreased from 60 to 30 seconds. Defense level decrease effect now stacks with other skills.
Mystic
- ○ Swirling Mist: Damage over time increased from 2,300 to 4,300.
- ● Swirling Mist: Damage over time increased from 3,100 to 5,100.
- ●/○ Absorb Soul: Has 3x critical hit chance to deal 1.3x damage.
- Sublime Transfusion: Cost reduced from 200 to 100 Chi.
