Isnt our purify proc rate nerfed though? Or am i just confused now?

used to be a shit ton higher when i started (fall 2012)

ppl were crying about it all the time because it used to proc so much, rate was likely similar to psy sos if not better

clerics used to camp vd with puri wep since they were unafraid of aps back then

now puri is pretty much dog shit

if i was gonna estimate puri proc rate back then i'd say 20-50%
