Skillbooks

I have my character to 150, plenty of spirit, Celestial Demon and bought the Demon genie just to be sure and doing the cutivation beyond what was needed
I have tried the Blademaster NPC in Archosaur, Streams and Momaganon but I still cant install some of the skillbooks I got from Morai (Sword Cyclone and Reckless Rush as of now).
What is wrong?

Check if the books have any high cultivation req
Go to gods givings buy 3rd demon fairy
Then try in hell 
It should work 
Lv 79- main map
Lv 100- hell
