What went high?
Genies = luck factor/rarity , if more people would craft them the lower the price
Belts/cubes= a small group of ppl buying mats from ppl= less self made belts = higher price coz they are only one selling , afford lifting price
Less belts engraved= lower the good stats belts
Ofc prices went up
Thats why irl u have a system that caps the price and doesnt let "monopol" happen
You just have to cap it here aswell
Cap atm is 55 st equivalent of 140 ec (sow/dama)
Lowering it to 30= 80 ec cap
80x80 + 1000(mats?)= 7.4k  ec belts crafting costs
So a clean would max go for 8.5k else it'd be easier to just buy them with st and u'd save up 
This will keep belt prices and neck prices down

Coz u have them capped 6k obc (+ work) and go max to 8k clean

man the only reason everything go high is supply tokens and no one farm warsong or Cupe anymore more players and less farming also for Engraves 60 supply tokens every engrave and rare ..... so you need around 2k supply tokens to start getting something good 
i;d suggest lower the Supply required for engrave as Agatio said also would be nice if we can buy supply tokens in shop for EC OR for Vote Gold

The increase happend due to other orns increase in price aswell since merchants adjusted prices
