Boost Barbarian class KD to 60% the old ratios

I said on a post b4 that the game didnt need any nerfs or boosts
that the only problem was script   if script wasnt a thing i woulda still be playing the game
if script wasnt a thing the ranking site wouldnt  of been 99% eas
if script wasnt a thing 70% of the server wouldnt been eas
if script wasnt a thing there would be balance
if script wasnt a thing maybe isis would stop killin ppl
if script wasnt a thing there would be world peace

Revert Blood Vow to 10 minute cooldown instead of 5 OR Restrict MDEF rings from EA's

Nerf 0DEF to 10% chance of proc

Make Knockdown 60% (Instead of 50%)

Server fix'd overnight

ea's dmg needs to be boosted to be able to heiro again but on the cost of losing their high defense. rn everything is balanced between those two classes. if anything - barb's pdef needs to be nerfed abit, and eas defense needs to be nerfed abit too
