It's called a confirmation bias.
Usually coming from a person who has been hurt, either emotionally or cognitively, in which they have instilled values and/or responses to certain actions, or instills them to form a misconception or interpretation of the action at hand, because they have been mentally programmed to act a certain way.
In this case - You have somewhat conducted a study showing how different men and women are, in regards to a simple question. This not only imposes an eyebrow-pondering view, but also shows how not-open to a "break" "women" in this game are in contrast to men.
It is quite sad, and also quite odd. It is such a strange phenomenon.
