well i did restart my router still  not working and btw many ppls have the same problem  not only me ....

3. Add antivirus/firewall exception for elementclient.exe

Now i  can log in the game and i have like 300 pings but its sooo ***ing laggy ....wtf is   this sh1t  cant do anythig.

open your cmd and type this:
ipconfig /flushdns
also go to the "Windows" folder, opent he "Temp" folder and delete everything inside it.
after those 2 steps reboot your computer.
let us know if its better.

Hey it happens to me one time, i only did is End process the suspicious application in Task Manager try closing it  Ctr + alt + Delete

i closed the Japanese text or like Chinese idk whats laguange is that i just close it and it runs well now but everytime you open your pc you need to close it
