There are multiple procs with the same name on PWI. There's a Purify Spell 2 for example which has a 15% proc rate instead of 5% but it still just says purify spell in game. I'm not sure but I think GoF procs more on r9 weapons too (25-30%?). Never tried it with GoF but purify spell on r9 is around 15% for sure

Purify Spell 2 exists on r999. Go download any retail server and you'll see that they use different procs in elements.data. R8R uses purify spell 1, r9rr purify spell 2. Didn't check the proc rate in game code but it proced 34 times in 200 tries which would mean around 15% estimated proc rate.Edit: Someone on PWI tested it like 1000 times and had similar results.
