Tell me something I don't know like your inability to read comprehensively or your sick humor poking fun at autism. Here, I'll explain it more simply to you since your adderall is wearing off. The purpose of the vote was to either upgrade/ change the host service or location for the benefit of many players who are experiencing low ms so they could perhaps experience a more stable ms. In addition to pointing out how incredibly laggy the server has been as of late.

1. Game fps depends on your PC specs only
2. Ping depends on the server location only, assuming there's no issues with server's network configuration (aside of your internet characteristic and PC specs, but it's the host you got problem with...)
3. Our host meets the requirements for running Perfect World for this player amount just fine. In fact, it's one of best hosts we could possibly get.

I used to average 250ish ms, but now over the last month I can't get better than 500 ms. Same connection so im confuzzled.
