R8 wizard wrist

Hey all,just wondering if someone knows the chance % of getting channeling on rank 8 wizard wrists because ive reshaped like 30+ times now and not channel once.I can reshape like 5 more times right now but if the chance of getting it is that low i dont wanna waste my ECs... . So if anyone knows post here please or message me ingame with info ,TY in advance.

its possible.. atleast i have it on wrist, but other stats not that great thou
