is it possible to redo genie skills

just like the topic said. just wondering.  can agatio or ET answer it ;d if any of these possible
remake new skill, use existing mobs or other class,  remove or edit the class restrictions on skills

Just out of curiosity, what bothers you about the current genie skills? Aside from class restrictions.

to pandar: nothing bothers me other than more than half of skills useless mostly all damage skills are carp not to mention water restricted skills. I just wanted to see if they can open genie skills modify them to be suited in this server for more combos
