Cannot Login

Any GM online please help me, Character cannot login to the games, when i click Start my client got crash when i enter the games. I attach the screen shot, but when i tried my other character i able to play it.

Hello. Did you patch the other client, download game directly or via torrent?  It seems that your client got corrupted. The only fix here will be redownloading the game (preferably via torrent as they basically never get corrupted)
