No it is a big deal.
BM without dragon rising cannot stun pro eas , cannot stun sins , and when fighting mage classes what uses purify on weapon , there is NO way to kill her.

You didn't read what I said, it's not about what BM can kill alone, its what the skill would mean for AA and every other pk
besides 1vs1. Does bm need a damage boost? Yes. That would make wr's damage a little better without vastly affecting mass/10vs10/3vs3/ect. You can't faith-pot/heal dragons rising, you can't even expel it safely in mass. Dragons rising would be a death sentence to anyone it touched in mass because it was designed to counter something that just isn't the same here. (aka purify or lack their of.)
