it dont show me my chars name that it i can open and all stuff but dont show name

are u running it as admin?? if not open the file where ur swap is located rightclick on it 
then properties "run as admin" u done http://prntscr.com/kdew3y    http://prntscr.com/kdevrr

if that still doesnt work open the game ..should open with the patcher after that open another client
with the "elementclient.exe" file and close the one u opened with the patcher
