Actually this question have been asked hundreds if not thusends times and the answer is still the same, it has not been leaked....Hell yes it has....if you go in top 100 server there is tons of servers with the new expansion, and i dont think they bought it...one of the server is so poor they can hardly aford to keep the server up...

I'd ask what specific servers you're talking about but I've got a feeling that might not be allowed.  as far as I know, tho, the only other server that has the eclipse patch is the european server that's already affiliated with offical
