Warsol Fragment Bug

Hello I keep trying make the Warsol Ksitigarbha fragment at the Warsoul Spirit and it says it only needs one mat but every time I try to manufacture it it keeps taking my mats and not giving anything in return it also says Manufacturing failed but still takes my mats my game name is SugarHeroin

Only ECs, ancient devil's soul and empires black image got 100% craft ratio.

Yo need to click the "Recipe" to chekc the actual Fail %
For exmaple, the Giant Ape's Tail says 100% in the link but if you click the Recipe it will show you:
