Login Problem

H ello, i got a Problem with entering the Game
while its loading " Entering Perfect World..." the Game just closed.
And i tried very often, with launcher/patcher and elementclient.exe.

Any ideas?

Close the game and go to EPW/element/userdata there is directory Layout.. delete it
then start the game and check if you are able to log in.. if no, what is your char name? I will look into it
