lol i know im reviving necro but the reason for those "Hidden Tele's" is a glitch due to the fact that we can get the morai waypoints from the geographic stone. when we activate the geo stone it says hey you found a location at "xxx,xxx" and since most people are on the main map when they activate the geo stone it puts those "hidden teles" in the X,Y positions for morai but on the main map. Getting stuck is due to height of the actual Morai spawn point wich is embeded when the geo stone marks the tele spot in a sense ur getting stuck under the map which causes some odd side affects.
