faction diplomacy(bug)

there is issue with faction policy
you go click on diplomacy tab  and No factions what so ever
are listed so we cant
renew or make  new alliance's or even declare war if we wish to do so
any idea when this promble will be fixed or sorted out ?
since it is huge part of game
n it been messed up for good week

We have to wait for the next update/maintenance and then it will be fixed. It happens every now and then but it usually doesn't take more than a week to be fixed
