1. Add vitality requirement for the ascended defence cape (750)
2. Restrict rings ( EAs keep for viability of ct build )
3. Add reduce magic damage taken 5%  on HA/LA Helm (instead of evasion/accuracy)
4. Add 10% reduce magic damage taken to WB armor set and remove the 5 defence lvls (At this point the critic)
5. Increase Genie Spark usage cost to 110
6. Increase cooldown of Life Hunter
7. Fix Cursed Jail Spark usage glitch ( uses 1 spark 24/7 but costs 2 sparks to cast )
8. Increase WR Damage (New claws for WR  = 10-15 atk lvls more)
9. Increase psy's physical defence

1. Why not just remove it and add 5def lvl to Suprime robe , that would make everyone happy and that 5def lvl is hardly anything . ( tell me what you think about this )

remove cape completely , survability should come from using defensive skills/kiting, not afk tanking, and barbs obviously don't need more def

defence cape not needed atall.
barbs are already tanky enough. (last night a bad gears barb was tanking 3of us afk tanking for along time. ofc with defensive set)(if u want to DD more, ofcourse u gonna loose that high defences)
genie spark is already risky enough. with a dex genie wasting 62 energy = no AD/Faith for next 30secs. and it can be caught by several methods and its just op against ea/barb which both can resist it by several ways. (rest wont get 1hitted by any chance)
wr dmg is fine. i've used to use it for 1v1. the dmg is low but the defence is high.
1v1 against wrs will take abit long, but anyway they are meant as a support class right now. (they can afk tank almost every class in 1v1 and their dmg scks at 1v1, seems fair)

We request the wr dmg improval coz of wr having a really low damage in dragon set aps aswell as r8 while if using claws/dragon weapons or dragon armor u actually die easy
Its the only class that doesnt care if u are really good, 1drake miss and u r dead
Its not worth to play it at this point 
As for genie spark, rarely any1 relies on AD on a dex genie and more on windshield/aquaflame or badge to get away so this would just bring some fair exchange 
I agree on danilo's (and others) post saying 90would be more fitting
