ST is imo. Idc much for ET, still seems bit high, but ST seems a lot. 500 or smt seems decent.

Give triple or quadruple the monthly reward + title? Nothing too grand. As Roomi and Seby pointed out, its once a year plus not many people will have gotten perfect attendance.
