Honestly map's are weird, and very client-based.

Before the Russian client was added; we tried really hard to find out how to swap from the default Eclipse to the Russian custom map and couldn't find out at all.

Your only options (at the moment) unless someone shed's some light-  would be to use the default EPW UI (If you want the normal map that badly) otherwise use the 

[C]

For those who have the Russian Eclipse UI and do daily sign-in, you still can. 

You just have go to the information tab where the monster and item database would be and click on "Events." 

To get to it, It's located on the tool bar on the bottom right.
