Well i was lazy to check all pages and see  if anyone posted it,this may help some people its a program that makes extracting and packing easier.
How to use it:
Make a random folder call it w/e you want extract this .rar into that empty folder Click to download the rar.
Copy your surface/interface you wanna edit and paste it into same folder with the files you extracted from rar. > http://prntscr.com/9bki0w
Extracting/packing files > ONLY open sPCK-GUI http://prntscr.com/9bkiff these are 2 options you're looking for http://prntscr.com/9bkj1d
