Just open the hp bar in photoshop, then open another picture (the texture you desire), which will give you 2 tabs. You basically drag the texture from one tab to the tab with hp and drop it there, you dont have to resize it to hp lines, couse it wont go over them.

Progress is on of the main files when you open surfaces.  

I think the hp charm is called something like hpbarii.tga, something of that sort(no longer on computer atm), same for manna one, mannabarii.tga
