u should put the model.pck file to download as well cus the one that comes whit the client is corrupted  D:

You can verify your files. But it could also be a Dx9 error. Find the dxwebsetup.exe run it then restart the game. And see if that works.

did u patch ur game? usually u cant see chars cause u dont patch it  u ppl go str8 in game so launcher doesnt appear making the game imposible to patch itself for every lil update gm's made resulting in those errors xD
