Like the china wiz this seeker is bad, rarely uses transposition and doesn't try to aoe stun, the new last stand is a 3 min buff similar to arcane defense but instead activates up to two times upon health dropping below 40%, with a downside of not giving purify and movement immune anymore.
The last stand is almost useless to him as he outgears nearly everyone in the nw so his hp rarely drops below 40% but from 39:27 it kept him alive for a bit.
