They were never meant to be levelled easily. Challenge and effort are the key terms that keep the server alive. Sorry -1.

If you level up the faction monolith first your base levels faster. It does not take long to level the base. Oblivion went from level 13 up to level 30 in just a few months.

Took me from June to September, and yes I ran 20+ alts daily through bq so did other members it was worth it.

Oblivion base has been level 30 for over a year, and being disabled as well as a few other of our members we had the time to no life alt base quest. We set a goal and we achieved it.
