For me its the same since i wouldnt block anyone cuz seeing their IQ dropping faster than their KDR entertains me, but if this gets approved i even want a pair of those drunk glasses so when period pixel girls emerge from the deep ocean to take a breath and mad on someone i can feel like typing to Angelina Jolie .

And while the block function works well for world chat spammers/pinoy, if other players are getting to you so much that you even need to block chat bubbles or their toon completely you should consider a break from the game.
