I cant afford to reinstall the game and patch it all over again the internet here is slow..

Don't really know of that error but you should be launching the client from patcher/patcher.exe if its your first time opening the client anywho.

No, you will need to download our client as Blue Dragon's content is a little different from ours, etc.

So i encountered this while i was extracting the files using 7zip is this ok? or a is it a bad thing?

That's a corrupted client. Redownloading with utorrent should work fine.

After re-downloading it i will put the epw patcher files?

After re-downloading unpack the file with 7zip and run "start" file which is inside.
